Our Story

Bird of Night Wines was founded by Winemaker, Shane Keck and his wife, Jamie Keck-Crozat in 2017. Our singular focus is to bring the wine to life with minimal intervention allowing the vineyard and its surroundings to be echoed in every bottle.

After years of winemaking through trial and error, we believe the minimalistic approach to winemaking is the shortest path to discover the best quality when it comes to making Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
